In this role, she worked individually with students to identify personal and professional KPIs, overcome obstacles, and ultimately achieve their career goals through education, leadership development, and personal reflection. Now, as an executive coach, Nikkole looks forward to doubling-down on her “why” and supporting non-profit and professional leaders not only at UNLV, but across the entire business community.
